Name badges are required for admittance to Congress sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, dinners & farewell party. Badges are available at the Registration desk, along with tickets issued for separately-priced social events & excursions. Proceedings books and Tennis shirts are also available for purchase.
See the Scientific Programme page for the programme of speakers, posters and workshops. Oral presentations will be held in Kongesal 2-5, and posters will be displayed in Dræggen 7 and Kongesal 1. Please also visit the Sponsor exhibits in the Exhibition area. Tea, coffee & refreshments will be served in the Exhibition area, as well as in additional locations during poster sessions. Lunches will be served in the hotel restaurant & additional areas (see signs). Please wear your badge.
The Speaker’s Room and Congress Secretariat is in Dræggen 2. It is staffed by Janne Brodin and student assistants from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, who will be providing technical assistance during the conference. Look for them in the red tennis shirts with ISAE 2023 logo. Speakers submit presentation files at the Speaker’s Room. Presenters are requested to check the guidelines for speakers and poster presenters.
Parking is available in the parking garage underneath the hotel for NOK 31/h and NOK 225/day. The parking garage is operated by APCOA. Other public parking facilities include KlosterGarasjen (NOK 36/h, 200/day) & ByGarasjen (NOK 24/h, 150/day). See https://bergenparkering.no for further parking information.
