Airport bus
Catch the airport express bus ‘Flybussen’ outside the arrival area/terminal building. The airport is located about 16 kilometres south of Bergen and the journey takes about 20-30 minutes to the city centre and about 45 minutes to the congress hotel.
A one-way ticket costs NOK 115 if bought online or at automats at the airport, or NOK 145 if bought on the bus. The bus driver takes credit cards. A return ticket costs NOK 195 at automats/online and NOK 225 on the bus. A child below 16 years of age travels free when accompanied by an adult.
The bus departs 4 times per hour from the Bergen Airport to the city centre of Bergen – but only one of these departures, at 23 minutes past the hour, will bring you to the stop ‘Bryggen’ (Dreggsallmenningen), just outside the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel. The other 3 departures every hour will stop at ‘Festplassen’ in the city centre, a 15-minute walk to the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel. All stops are announced. Please signal when you wish to depart.

Light rail, tram
The Bergen Light Rail Service departs from the airport terminal every 10 minutes and takes about 45 minutes to reach the terminal stop at Byparken in the city centre. From there to the conference venue, Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, walking time is approx. 12 minutes (750 metres). The Light Rail is suitable for those with accommodation between the airport and the city or in central parts of the city.

Taxi
Taxi service is also available, taking about 25 minutes pending traffic and time of day, and costing approx. NOK 500-700 each way. Credit cards accepted.
Parking
There is a parking garage underneath the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, operated by APCOA Prices: NOK 31 per hour, NOK 225 per day.
